Why I like It I was introduced to finishing salts by Dondrill, the founder of Ahmesa. I had never tried them before and was instantly hooked. These are not table salts, these are wonderful Mediterranean salts infused with the best ingredients. I often give a couple of these in a housewarming gift or for a thank you in the summertime.
